- Completed Funds Withdrawal Form. Only 'Bank account details & transfer request' and 'Client declaration & signature' sections are required to be completed. Download Funds Withdrawal Form here.
- Recent banking statement confirming the nominated banking details on the withdrawal form (no more than 3 months old).
In order to process your employee share sale during a restricted trading period, you will need to provide written permission to trade from the Company Secretary.
